Maximum capacity of 150 guests (for both seating and standing) and 50 guests (second function)

Minimum 3 nights stay is required during normal, shoulder and high seasons
Minimum 5 nights stay is required during Chinese New Year and Easter week
Minimum 7 nights stay is required during peak season
Minimum 10 nights stay is required if spanning Christmas and New Year

For Ceremony and Reception, USD 1,400++ for up to 60 guests and USD $2,000++ for up to 150 guests
To host a tea ceremony only, USD$ 600++
To host a ceremony only from 4:15pm to 6:15pm, USD$ 600++
To host a reception only from 6:15pm to 2am:
up to 60 guests USD$ 1,200++
up to 150 guests USD$ 1,800++

Wedding Fine Print
Music and Event Curfew
Live music (band) and DJ permitted until 12 midnight only.
Between 22:00-00:00 base to be turned down at 70-75 decibels. Invilla music may be used until 2am set at 70-75 decibels max. No sound system is to be used on pre- and post event or during the event rehearsals. Music day time soft inhouse system only not over 70 decibels.
Note: Failure to adhere to the above will result in a partial or full loss of security deposit.
Security Deposit
Security deposit to be paid upon arrival to the villa. This amount of USD $3,000 for up to 120 guests or USD $4,500 for up to 150 guests will be used to cover the cost of service or replacement in case of damage or breakage to the property during the event (pre and after) takes place.
Note: Security deposit is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property.
Fireworks
Fireworks, fire shows and pets/animals are not permitted.
Sky Lanterns
Paper candle lanterns or Thai wishing lanterns are not permitted.
